Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in lead generation and customer outreach via calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Explain Chefkart’s services to potential customers and convert leads into sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.Support the sales team in executing strategic plans to drive revenue.Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.Maintain CRM records and update customer interactions regularly.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.Requirements:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.Prior sales or telecalling experience is a plus.About Company: ChefKart is a budding start-up, working round the clock to build a community of professional home chefs.
