Support the Business Manager in coordinating daily operations across teams
Assist in analyzing operational data, identifying gaps, and preparing performance reports
Track KPIs, process compliance, and suggest improvements for efficiency
Participate in planning and executing strategic initiatives and projects
Coordinate with various departments (sales, logistics, HR, customer support) for smooth workflow
Prepare presentations, documentation, and follow-ups on critical business discussions
Monitor vendor/supplier activity and maintain relationships where necessary
Provide support in training, onboarding, and documentation for operational SOPs
