Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Manage end-to-end operations: Oversee all aspects of platform operations, from astrologer onboarding to service delivery.
Coordinate communication: Interact with astrologers and clients to ensure smooth scheduling and session management.
Provide customer support: Address user inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings or payments.
Handle data management: Maintain accurate records of astrologers, clients, and transactions.
Implement process improvements: Identify and recommend ways to streamline operations.
Oversee payment handling: Monitor transactions and assist with subscription concerns.
Monitor the platform: Report technical issues to the team and ensure smooth platform functionality.
