About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support our day-to-day business functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing real-time operations, and working closely with cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in handling rider escalations, supporting new tech implementations, and ensuring data accuracy across daily operations.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Rider Escalation ManagementHandle and resolve rider-related issues and queries in real time.Coordinate with on-ground teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.Document escalations and ensure follow-ups until closure.2️⃣ Implementation of New Tech DevelopmentsAssist in deploying new product or tech features across hubs.Coordinate with Product/Tech teams for testing, feedback, and rollout.Train riders or on-ground teams on newly launched processes or tools.3️⃣ Data Correction & CompilationCollect, validate, and correct operational data on a daily/weekly basis.Maintain accurate records using Excel/Google Sheets.Support analytics and reporting by compiling operational insights.4️⃣ Daily Business OperationsSupport day-to-day tasks at hubs and ensure process adherence.Monitor operational metrics and report deviations promptly.Assist in achieving SLA and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree (any field; preference for business/operations/logistics).Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.Ability to handle field operations and work in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative attitude with willingness to learn.What You’ll GainHands-on experience in large-scale operations.Exposure to EV/logistics industry workflows.Opportunity to work closely with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.Strong growth opportunity for a full-time PPO based on performance.About Company: Zypp is India's largest last-mile delivery EV company.
