Role Overview We’re looking for a strategic and driven Business Development Alliances Manager to forge, manage, and grow B2B partnerships—especially with hotel associations, tourism boards, local businesses, PMS companies, OTAs, and other industry players. This role is key to expanding SaasAro’s reach and increasing adoption across India and beyond. Key Responsibilities Identify and close partnership deals with hotel associations, travel tech firms, local service providers, and regional tourism departments. Pitch SaasAro’s value proposition to potential strategic partners. Develop co-marketing campaigns with alliance partners to generate qualified leads. Track partnership performance and align on shared business goals. Represent SaasAro at B2B networking events, expos, and industry meetups. Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to integrate partnerships into the go-to-market strategy. Requirements 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales (hospitality SaaS experience is a plus). Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience working with or selling to hoteliers, travel agents, PMS, or OTA players. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth.
