Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Individual will act as the first point of contact for everyone in the ecosystem (Insurer, channel partner and Sales team)
Handle interactions via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to resolve queries, process requests, and
provide necessary support.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as insurers, agents, etc. to efficiently
manage pre and post-policy services within predefined TAT.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines and regulatory compliance while handling cases.
Process improvement through quality checks, reporting, and ensuring consumer satisfaction.
