Job Description

Shalini Malhotra & Co. is looking for a dynamic and motivated Operations Intern to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, collaborate with experienced professionals, and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. If you are proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel, and have strong English proficiency, we want to hear from you!

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Maintain and update operational documents and reports.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams for timely deliverables.
Assist in drafting and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Draft professional communication for clients and vendors.
Coordinate for internal meetings and external events.
Visit government departments, client offices, and other relevant places whenever required for operational or compliance-related work.
Manage routine administrative tasks to support the efficient functioning of the team.
Support admin in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Participate in team discussions and contribute process improvement ideas.
Perform any other operational work as assigned.
