Customer Experience Associate

As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional at Maersk Area office in Talegaon, Pune, your role will involve delivering on the SCM Strategy within the designated geographical area. You will be responsible for meeting the financial and operational targets set by global customers of Maersk. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage End-to-End Export Shipments for ocean FCL and Air mode. - Oversee the complete lifecycle of Export shipments including container planning, booking, stuffing plan, export documentation, customs clearance, and container inward at port. - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all shipping documentation with close coordination with CHA/Shipping line. - Monitor shipment milestones, proactively address delays or issues, and optimize routing for cost efficiency. - Collaborate with internal departments to align on shipping timelines and documentation needs. - Prepare and submit MIS/DSR reports to stakeholders without errors. - Provide support and training to junior team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in SCM with a strong understanding of international supply chains.
