Job Summary:

Customer Experience Associate role requiring excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Responsible for customer interaction via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls throughout the day. Requires problem-solving capability, high customer empathy, and ability to handle difficult situations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end frontline communication with customers across email, WhatsApp and phone
Resolve customer queries and issues independently
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the support process

Must Have Skills

MS Excel (basic to intermediate level) or other spreadsheet tools
Some experience in customer service / customer experience
Problem-solving capability
Minimum 1 year of experience
Excellent communication skills in
English & Hindi
