Available Locations & Salary Range

South Delhi:

• Maximum Package:

  Up to 40,000 CTC

• Minimum

  6 months of BPO experience

  required
• Excellent English communication mandatory
• Only Graduates, no diploma passouts will be considered.
  

Noida:

• Salary Range:

  15,000 25,000 CTC

• Freshers:

  15,000 – 19,000 CTC (based on communication skills)
• Candidates with

  good English communication

  preferred

Gurgaon:

• Salary Range:

  Up to 32,000 CTC

• Freshers:

  15,000 – 22,000 CTC (graduates only)
• Excellent English communication mandatory
  

Job Type & Working Conditions

• Process Type:

  Customer Service / Sales (Domestic & International)

• Work Mode:

  Work from Office only

• Working Days:

  5–6 days a week (depends on process)

• Shifts:

  Rotational (including night shifts for international processes)

• Week Offs:

  1–2 rotational offs per week

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or service assistance.
• For sales processes, engage customers to promote products/services and

  close leads effectively

  .
• Ensure high levels of

  customer satisfaction and service quality

  .
• Maintain accurate call logs and records in internal systems.
• Meet assigned performance targets for quality, sales, and productivity.
• Follow company communication standards and compliance policies.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification:

  12th Pass / Graduate (as per process)

• Excellent verbal communication in English (mandatory for international process).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
