Job Summary:

Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Service

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via
phone, email, chat, or in-person
.
Address customer queries related to products, services, accounts, or transactions promptly and professionally.

Account & Transaction Assistance

Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance.
Guide customers on digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and online services.
Support customers in resolving transaction issues, fund transfers, loan queries, and service requests.

Process Adherence & Documentation

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in CRM or service management systems.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
