Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Location: Lucknow

Responsibilities :

Provide resolution to the customers.
Manage chat ensuring seamless connections and minimal disruptions
Resolve queries and escalate when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Undergraduate/ Graduate both can apply
Fresher and Experienced (minimum 6 months experience on papers) can apply.
Ready to work in the rotational shifts ( Night shifts)
5 day working and 2 day rotational off
