Role Overview :

We’re hiring a CRM System Administrator to lead our customer relationship strategy. You’ll manage the CRM platform, support lead nurturing, enhance client experience, and ensure data-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle.

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CRM systems – workflows, automation, segmentation.

• Maintain accurate and updated client data.

• Collaborate with sales/marketing for lead tracking and campaigns.

• Drive client retention through timely communication.

• Generate reports and insights on pipeline and customer behavior.

• Good knowledge in Coding/Dashborad and clones.

• Must Prefer if you are good in odoo and zohoo software.

• Optimize CRM processes and implement system improvements.

• Handle data imports/exports and maintain integrations with other systems.

• Monitor system performance, updates, and compliance with security standards.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience with Zoho CRM administration or similar CRM platforms.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into CRM configurations.

• Good documentation and communication skills.

• Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer support processes.

• Strong knowledge of CRM tools and client segmentation

• Analytical mindset and clear communication.

• Exposure to MSME clients is a bonus.
