About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end process of company incorporation and filing certificates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, CA firms, and other stakeholders for statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely filing of ROC, MCA, and other government compliances.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks through periodic reviews.
• Provide regular updates to management on compliance status and requirements.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal and compliance documents.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in B.Com

CA firm

1 year of experience

✅ Strong understanding of company laws and regulatory frameworks.
