CRM System Administrator

As a CRM System Administrator at BharatEdge Services Pvt. Ltd., your role involves leading the customer relationship strategy by managing the CRM platform, supporting lead nurturing, enhancing client experience, and ensuring data-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Manage CRM systems including workflows, automation, and segmentation. - Maintain accurate and updated client data. - Collaborate with sales/marketing teams for lead tracking and campaigns. - Drive client retention through timely communication. - Generate reports and insights on pipeline and customer behavior. - Good knowledge in coding/dashboard and clones. - Preference for proficiency in Odoo and Zoho software. - Optimize CRM processes and implement system improvements. - Handle data imports/exports and maintain integrations with other systems. - Monitor system performance, updates, and compliance with security standards. Requirements: - 3-5+ years of experience with Zoho CRM administration or similar CRM platforms. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to gather requirements and translate them into CRM configurations. - Good documentation and communication skills. - Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer support processes. - Strong knowledge of CRM tools and client segmentation. - Analytical mindset and clear communication. - Exposure to MSME clients is a bonus.
