CRM & Sales Manager

CRM & Customer Engagement:

• Manage the complete customer lifecycle using CRM tools.
• Track leads, inquiries, test drives, and follow-ups for used car sales.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads from digital, walk-in, and referral channels.
• Handle customer grievances and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sales & Business Development (On-field):

• Conduct field visits for lead generation, customer meetings, and dealer partnership development.
• Attend and represent CarTrends at local automotive events, exhibitions, or partner locations.
• Meet monthly sales targets (Cars + Value-added services).
• Do vehicle inspections, documentation checks, and delivery coordination if required.

Reporting & MIS:

• Maintain accurate daily reports of leads, visits, and conversion ratios.
• Regularly update management on sales pipeline status.

• Minimum

  2-4 years of experience

  in CRM / Sales roles (Automobile / Auto services industry preferred).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with both

  office work (CRM tools, calls)

  and

  field visits (customer meetings, site visits)

  .
• Own two-wheeler / four-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
• Working knowledge of Excel, CRM software, and sales tools.

• CTC:

  ₹3.5 LPA to ₹6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
• Incentives on sales performance.
• Fuel & travel allowance for field visits.
