About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to strengthen our customer engagement initiatives. In this role, you will manage CRM activities, maintain dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that support business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about CRM tools, data management, and customer relationship operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the organization’s CRM platform with accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, engagement levels, and improvement areas.
• Create periodic CRM performance reports with actionable insights for management.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline CRM workflows.
• Assist in designing dashboards, customer segments, and campaign tracking systems.
• Conduct regular data audits to ensure database integrity and cleanliness.
• Address CRM-related queries and provide support to internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 0–1 year of experience in CRM support, data analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
