1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and contact potential buyers through networking, cold calling, referrals, social media, and property inquiries. Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of active leads. Conduct follow-ups with interested clients to convert leads into site visits. 2. Client Relationship Management Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Provide regular updates to clients on new project launches, pricing, and availability. 3. Property Presentation Arrange and conduct site visits and property inspections for clients. Present project details including layout, amenities, pricing, location advantages, payment schedules, etc. Address customer queries and objections clearly and confidently. 4. Sales Negotiation & Closure Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions professionally. Ensure timely closing of deals and complete all documentation and paperwork. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, accounts, sales admin) to ensure smooth transaction processing. 5. Market Research Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies. Provide market feedback to management for pricing and sales strategies. 6. Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, visits, and sales in CRM or daily reports. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Ensure KYC documentation and agreement processes are completed correctly. 7. After-Sales Support Assist clients in loan processing, registration, and handover procedures. Address any post-sale concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and brand goodwill.
