About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented CRM Executive for Elem Furnishing. The role focuses on handling customer service requests, managing follow-ups, ensuring smooth communication, and providing an excellent customer experience throughout the service cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and record all customer service requests, complaints, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with service teams, vendors, and logistics to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and follow-up logs.
• Handle post-sales queries related to delivery, installation, repairs, or product issues.
• Follow up with customers for feedback, satisfaction, and closure of service cases.
• Track pending cases, escalate critical issues, and ensure timely turnaround.
• Assist in maintaining service KPIs and generate weekly/monthly reports.
• Support sales team with customer communication or documentation when required.
• Maintain professionalism and provide a customer-first experience at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, customer service, or service coordination (retail/lifestyle preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, customer-centric approach.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and stay organized.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools, email communication).

Work Structure

• Working Hours: 10 hours/day
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Paid Leaves: 7–10 annually
• Joining Date: Immediate
• Notice Period: 45 days
• Team Size: ~28 members

Reporting Structure

CRM Executive → Sales Manager / General Manager (as per internal SOP) → Director

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Paid in the first week of every month
• Incentives/Benefits: To be introduced after 6 months from launch
