Role Overview

We are hiring a CRM Executive who will be responsible for client coordination, CRM data hygiene, structured follow-ups, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

This is a pure CRM & coordination role with no sales closing.

Ideal for someone who is process-driven, organized, and excellent at client communication.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Management

  • Maintain, clean, and update all client data in CRM (Bigin / Zoho / HubSpot).
  • Ensure all interactions, notes, and statuses are accurately logged.
  • Categorize and profile clients based on requirements, budgets, and timelines.

Communication & Coordination

  • Handle inbound client queries via WhatsApp, email, and calls.
  • Share project details, brochures, payment plans, and documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain post-meeting summaries and ensure next steps are tracked properly.

Process & Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain trackers for payments, documents, and client status.
  • Update dashboards, reports, and performance sheets on a regular basis.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and timely sharing with concerned teams.
  • Support CRM automation workflows and WhatsApp/email templates.

Follow-up & Client Experience

  • Ensure all clients receive timely responses and updates.
  • Maintain polite, professional, and empathetic communication at all times.
  • Track follow-up schedules and reminders so no lead or query is missed.
  • Act as the communication bridge between clients and sales teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, coordination, or operations.
  • Must NOT be from a real estate background.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English & Hindi).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
  • Highly organized, structured, and process-oriented.
  • Comfortable with documentation, reporting, and follow-up workflows.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and detail-focused.
