Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute CRM Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel CRM strategies aligned with overall business goals. Campaign Management: Plan and execute targeted email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention. Customer Segmentation: Use customer data to segment and personalize communications and offers, ensuring relevance and impact. CRM Platform Oversight: Manage the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ensuring data integrity, performance, and integration with other systems. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, customer behavior, and CRM KPIs (e.g., CLTV, churn rate, open rate, etc.). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure CRM efforts are consistent and effective. Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for enhanced customer experiences. Compliance and Data Privacy: Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection regulations
