Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end CRM operations for real estate projects
  • Lead management: allocation, tracking, follow-ups, and closure support
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Site teams for smooth customer journey
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support
  • Ensure timely documentation, agreements, and possession process
  • Maintain customer database and generate daily/weekly MIS reports
  • Monitor site visits, bookings, cancellations, and collections
  • Implement CRM policies, SOPs, and process improvements
  • Train and manage CRM executives/team
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
