Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Manager located in Noida/Delhi, India. The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. The role involves analyzing tender documents, preparing cost estimations, managing timelines, and maintaining records of all tender activities. The Tender Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in tender management, including preparing and submitting proposals and cost estimations Strong analytical skills to review and interpret tender documents and requirements Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation, having Leadership quality to handle the team.
