About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Handle day-to-day client queries, concerns, and escalations with a customer-first approach.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate internally with various departments to ensure smooth execution of client requests.
• Manage CRM software to update client information, track interactions, and monitor client engagement.
• Handle prestigious and high-value clients with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Prepare and manage client reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Analytics preferred).
• Ensure timely communication, documentation, and proper follow-through for all client-related tasks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and strengthen relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in CRM, client handling, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with

  fluency in English & Hindi

  .
• Prior experience dealing with prestigious or key clients.
• Proficiency in

  CRM tools/software

  (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong command over

  MS Excel

  (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Data Sorting & Filtering).
• Excellent follow-up skills and ability to multitask.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
