1. Manage customer communications, inquiries, and grievances in a prompt and professional manner.
2. Maintain, Update CRM databases and Record all customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems with accuracy.
3. Support customer data analysis to identify areas of improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Assist in the execution of CRM campaigns and engagement activities to enhance customer retention.
5. Understand the client engagement cycle, sales process, and documentation requirements to meet organizational standards.
6. Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Word and adapt to company specific SOPs and CRM software
6. Assist in designing and executing CRM strategies to improve customer retention and overall experience.
7. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
8. Analyze customer data to generate insights and identify opportunities for process improvement.
9. Track CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
10. Contribute to the development and training of CRM Associates to ensure adherence to processes and service excellence.
1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in CRM tools and database management systems
3. Team-oriented mind-set with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
4. Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.
