CRM Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer to join our team and play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Hubspot CRM platform and a deep understanding of how to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Development & Customisation

• Design and maintain the CRM architecture within HubSpot, including custom objects properties, associations and user profiles.
• Implement technical development, carry out test and deploy features in sync with business stakeholders.

2. Integration & Automation

• Build and manage integrations with third-party systems (i.e., CRM, Data Warehouse, BI tools and APIs)
• Oversee synchronization of data flows between HubSpot and external platforms to ensure clean, real-time information.
• Conduct regular system audits, health checks, and permission reviews to ensure optimal performance and data security.
• Manage user roles, access controls, and activity logs.

3.Data Management & governance

• Establish and enforce data standards and governance practices to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the platform.
• Develop deduplication logic, validation rules, field mappings, and alert mechanism.
• Conduct regular audits of CRM data and system usage; implement corrective measures where necessary.

4. Documentation & Support & maintenance

• Create and maintain documentation related to CRM system architecture, configuration and customization
• Create technical documentation and provide technical support and training to end users to ensure effective CRM adoption.

5. System Performance & Optimization

• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and user experience.
• Identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and participate in process optimization initiatives.

6. Continuous Learning

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to translate business needs into functional CRM solutions.
• Stay up to date with HubSpot product releases and platform capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability within the system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience having hands on experience with HubSpot CRM as a technical consultant, system developer or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of HubSpot’s CRM architecture, custom objects, APIs and workflows.
• Experience in data modelling, data governance, and managing large-scale data migrations or cleanups.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript,.Net, C#, HTML,CSS and Restful APIs.
• Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate for creating and managing business applications and automations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
