Role Overview: You will be joining Arup as a D365 Developer in the Client Systems Team to support and maintain the D365 application. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with regional and global user groups, business analysts, and marketing teams to identify, implement, and support key business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and modify software using C#/Javascript - Maintain SSIS packages and SSRS reports - Implement and support MS Dynamics configurations and custom extensions - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process needs and provide technical solutions - Deliver business changes to CRM modules - Respond to user support requests and incidents in a timely manner - Promote development best practices within the team and wider Arup community Qualifications Required: - Demonstrable experience working with Dynamics 365 online - Proficiency in Dynamics 365 online, C# .Net, Dynamics 365 JavaScript/jQuery, Power Automate Flows, Azure components, and SSIS packages - Familiarity with SSRS reports, SQL queries, Microsoft DevOps principles, GIT source code control, and automation - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams - Ability to build trusted relationships with people and groups with diverse backgrounds Additional Details: Arup's Digital Technology team was awarded IT Team of the Year for 2021 at the Chartered Institute of IT's UK IT Industry Awards.
