Role & responsibilities 1. Strong expertise in Working Capital and Term Loans, Project Finance, Stressed Asset Financing, Special Situations Financing, Debt Restructuring Opportunities, and Equity Funding to deliver tailored financial solutions. 2. Proven ability to structure transactions, conduct due diligence, and assess financial risks effectively. 3. Coordinate with lenders and investors, ensuring alignment with suitable partners while adhering to credit policies and company standards. 4. Analyze sanction letters, SOAs, term sheets, valuation reports, and financial statements for informed decision- making. In-depth understanding of credit risk assessment, regulatory compliance, RBI guidelines, and industry best practices. 5. Oversee the end-to-end process from sanctioning to disbursement, ensuring smooth execution and compliance. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless debt transaction execution. 7. Mentor and manage a team of analysts, fostering a high-performance environment and participating in recruitment. 8. Conduct due diligence, credit evaluation, and risk assessment for lending decisions. 9. Prepare detailed CAM reports, financial summaries, and risk reports to support decision-making. 10. Structure and negotiate debt agreements while ensuring compliance with financial covenants and risk policies Preferred candidate profile Our Client is looking for a seasoned finance professional with deep expertise in Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Finance, Stressed Asset and Special Situation Financing, Debt Restructuring, and Equity Funding .
