Secondary Marketing Analyst

As a Secondary Marketing Analyst, you will be a crucial part of our team, utilizing your expertise in mortgage markets and numerical skills to monitor pricing, manage loan locks, and ensure efficient post-closing processes. Your responsibilities will include managing lock desk functions such as new locks, extensions, and re-locks, as well as monitoring and adjusting pricing to stay aligned with market trends. Collaboration with investors and post-closing teams will be essential to ensure smooth loan sales. You will also track market movements, analyze pricing differences, and review key reports for accuracy, identifying and resolving any issues in lock processing and pricing updates. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage secondary or capital markets. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel and Google Suite, and experience with loan pricing, credit, negotiation, and investor relationships are also required.
