Job Description

Responsible for credit Appraisal and processing of Loan Applications.
Credit Appraisal: Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess the creditworthiness of loan applicants (individuals and/or businesses).Loan Processing: Manage the loan application process from initial submission to disbursement, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with loan applications, and recommend appropriate loan terms and conditions.Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on loan applicants, including verifying information and conducting background checks.Loan Structuring: Structure loan terms and conditions to mitigate risk and maximize profitability.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and lending policies.Documentation: Prepare and review loan documentation, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to loan applicants, answering questions and providing updates on the status of their applications.
