Responsble for Sourcng Busi ness of Property Loans Home Loan and Secured Busness Loan. Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, referrals, and online lead sources.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and understand customer needs in specific segments.Client Relationship Building:Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients by providing excellent customer service.Build trust by actively listening to client requirements and offering personalized financial solutions.Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations:Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's property loan, home loan, and secured business loan products, including features, eligibility criteria, and interest rates.Clearly explain loan options to clients, highlighting the benefits that align with their specific needs.Address client concerns and objections effectively through clear communication and negotiation skills.Loan Processing and Follow-up:Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring they complete all necessary paperwork accurately.Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the application status and addressing any questions.Collaborate with internal teams like credit and underwriting departments to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.Performance and Development:Achieve assigned sales targets for each loan product within the designated timeframe.Continuously develop their knowledge by staying updated on industry regulations, competitor offerings, and new loan products.
