Credit Control - US Shift

• Shift Timings: US Shift (7:30 PM to 5 AM IST)

• Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive credit control specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer credit accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring effective credit control.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Chasing debts via calls and emails.
• Manage and monitor customer credit accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Working on Aged Debt report.
• Daily aged debt chasing.
• Working on Unallocated cash.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, payment details, and collection efforts.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and collection progress.

Must haves:

• 3+ year(s) of post-qualification experience with credit controlling.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and credit management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
