Should have experience in leading requirement gathering workshops, business blueprint preparation and solution design, preparation of functional specifications, role, and authorization creation in SAP TRM for new objects. Data migration knowledge. Leadership experience in full cycle implementation is highly desired. Excellent understanding of Tax Authority business processes and legislation. Exposed to multiple Implementation methodologies like ASAP, Activate, Waterfall, Scrum etc. Responsibilities Undertakes functional solution responsibilities considering SAP TRM. Understands the business processes and business challenges by applying SAP standard processes wherever possible. Provides support to project manager(s) in sharing the various tasks of their solution to conclude on the project planning, deliverable specification, and effort estimations. Responsible for client interaction and management during all workshops, meetings, and informal contacts. Leading or supporting workshops while ensuring all requirements are captured and compared to planned scope of work and previously specified deliverables. Clearly articulates the requirements and identifies the gaps by agreeing with the customer including potential additional scope. Conducts or supports meetings, provides regular updates to customer / project team members. Ensures that all risks and mitigation processes within their solution are identified and documented. Participates in peer reviews of other projects and shares feedback to the Practice Lead / Practice Head concerning problems, concerns, or any shortcomings. Follow-up with the respective project team members and ensure that the feedback / observations / recommendations are incorporated and monitored. Actively participates in all TRM practice activities. Supports Practice Lead / Practice Head on the strategy activities / road map definition. Proactively informs of project delays and seeks mitigation. Proactively seeks additional support within the practice on knowledge gaps. Participates in the various recruitment drives and actively conducts interviews to identify resources with adequate skill sets and practice knowledge. SAP FICA with CFIN Invoice to Cash Expert (Hyderabad): Looking for 10+ yrs exp in SAP FI-CA & CFIN. Expertise in contract accounting, invoicing, dunning, SLT, AIF, MDG, and integration with SD/FI. Strong in S/4HANA, Fiori, and data replication.

Role Overview: The Functional Lead for FICA will manage SAP FICA implementations and support, ensuring robust financial contract accounting and integration with the billing system. Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP FICA implementation and support, with 2-3 full life cycle implementations. Expert knowledge of BRF, Dunning processes, and hands-on experience in FICA configuration (SPRO). Handle customer account maintenance, incoming/outgoing payments, dunning, creditworthiness, and clearing. Location - Mumbai,Pune,Gurugram,Noida,Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Kolkata.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, industry trends, and best practices in TRM. Contribute to the development of TRM methodologies, accelerators, and tools. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field with 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP TRM implementation or support projects. At least four full life cycle SAP TRM implementation from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live. Strong expertise in SAP modules such as FI-CA, PSCD, and integration with CRM or BRIM. Proven track record of delivering SAP TRM projects in a leadership capacity. Hands-on experience in configuring SAP TRM, FI-CA, PSCD, and Revenue Accounting solutions. Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Sector is highly desirable SAP Certification in TRM, FI-CA, or S/4HANA Public Sector. Experience in tax and revenue systems for government agencies. Familiarity with global tax regulations and compliance requirements.
