Key Responsibilities

• Manage investor relations and fundraising activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial institutions
• Oversee treasury operations and cash flow management
• Lead financial projections, budgeting, and forecasting
• Review and negotiate legal and commercial contracts
• Set up and optimise finance processes and internal controls for NBFC operations
• Monitor regulatory changes and perform impact analysis
• Drive cost optimisation and vendor negotiations
• Track and report key business and financial metrics
• Lead automation initiatives to improve efficiency
• Prepare MIS reports and board-level presentations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and audit closure
• Ensure full compliance with RBI, secretarial, and other regulatory requirements
• Ensure direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Hire, mentor, and manage the finance team
• Handle statutory and internal audits
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure timely RBI compliance and regulatory filings
• Manage direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax)
• Drive finance automation and process improvement initiatives
• Prepare MIS reports for management decision-making
• Maintain and scrutinize accounting entries in Tally
• Support month-end closing and lending reconciliation activities

Desired Skills

• Strong knowledge of NBFC operations, RBI guidelines, and statutory compliance
• Experience in banking relationships, fundraising, and stakeholder communication
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling
• Familiarity with Companies Act and secretarial matters
• Proficient in Tally, Excel, and financial reporting tools
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
