They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. Job Opportunity: Business Development Executive Location: Noida, Sector 3 (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 1 year Working Days: 6 days a week Key Responsibilities: ⬛ Generate leads through outbound sales calls and follow-ups. ⬛ Pitch and sell SaaS-based software solutions to potential clients. ⬛ Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution. ⬛ Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features to prospects. ⬛ Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term clients. What We’re Looking For: ◆ Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales, SaaS sales, or software sales. ◆ Strong communication and negotiation skills to convince potential customers. ◆ Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. ◆ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ◆ Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus.
