Overview

Boon is seeking an innovative and driven Creative Strategy Specialist to shape and direct our brand’s creative vision. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge creative ideas with business objectives, developing actionable strategies that fuel engagement and set Boon apart in the marketplace. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks both analytically and imaginatively, and is passionate about crafting impactful brand narratives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative strategies aligned with Boon's business goals and values.
  • Lead ideation and conceptualization sessions for new marketing campaigns, product launches, and digital/social content.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, marketing, product) to transform insights into actionable creative plans.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform creative direction and ensure Boon maintains a unique, leading-edge presence.
  • Craft compelling brand stories that resonate with target audiences and foster community.
  • Establish guidelines and frameworks to measure creative effectiveness, iterate campaigns, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Present strategies and campaign results to stakeholders with clear, persuasive storytelling.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a creative strategy, content strategy, brand strategy, or related role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated creative campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of trends in digital media, social platforms, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative strategy in action, preferably within high-growth or innovative companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly collaborative and adept at navigating cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to interpret data and insights into actionable, creative plans.
