Key Responsibilities Packaging & Print Design Lead the design of primary and secondary packaging for skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products for kids. Develop dielines and ensure accuracy across formats (bottles, jars, cartons, labels, etc.). Prepare print-ready artwork (with proper bleed, crop marks, resolution, color profiles). Liaise with vendors to ensure quality, feasibility, and timely execution . Understand and implement material-specific finishes (embossing, foiling, lamination, die cuts, etc.). Digital Marketing & Branding Design marketing creatives across digital channels—Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, YouTube, website, and email. Collaborate with the growth team to develop ad creatives, campaign visuals, landing page banners, and product visuals . Create social media content , infographics, stories, GIFs, reels concepts, and videos in line with brand tone and seasonal campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across digital and offline touchpoints . Work closely with the content, CRM, and product teams to iterate on creatives for better engagement and conversions. Brand Building Continuously evolve the visual identity of Mishmash Naturals across platforms. Maintain and organize the brand asset library . Contribute ideas for campaigns, storytelling formats, and new visual treatments. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design , or related field. 1+ years of design experience, preferably with FMCG, D2C, beauty, or kids’ brands. Deep understanding of print production techniques and prepress processes . Ability to manage multiple projects , take feedback constructively, and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills Prior experience designing for children’s brands or personal care . Awareness of labeling and packaging compliance in the beauty/FMCG industry. A strong sense of visual storytelling and child-friendly design. Interest in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging and FSC-certified materials.
