Job Description

Role Overview: As a Creative Strategist, your main responsibility will be to oversee the entire creative output engine for static and video ad campaigns. Your goal is to decrease Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by developing successful ad creatives at a large scale. This position requires a mix of creative thinking, analytical skills, and a strong copywriting ability. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Ideation & Analysis: - Generate new ad concepts and formats for testing on various channels. - Analyze previous successful and unsuccessful ads to recognize patterns and duplicate successful approaches. - Research competitors and investigate innovative ad formats from different industries to expand and improve creative strategies. - Copywriting & Script Writing: - Essential copywriting skills are necessary; this role demands a creative strategist capable of creating engaging scripts and ad copies. - Collaborate with content writers and utilize AI tools to increase creative production while maintaining quality. - Produce scripts and copy that resonate with the target audience and convert them into customers. - Production: - Work with stakeholders (designers, video editors, production teams) to ensure the seamless execution of shoots and other creative outputs. - Provide creative guidance during shoots to realize your vision. - Editing & Finalization: - Collaborate with video editors/graphic designers to deliver refined and impactful final outputs. - Review, enhance, and iterate based on performance metrics. - Experimentation & Innovation: - Embrace an experimental mindset: be prepared to test any logical ad format with potential. - Keep abreast of trends by incorporating AI tools and techniques into the creative process to enhance efficiency and innovation. - Trend Spotting: - Stay informed about platform-specific trends, ad formats, and algorithm updates (Meta, Google Ads, etc.). - Integrate emerging trends into creative strategies. Qualification Required: - Copywriting: - Exceptional writing skills are essential. - If you lack experience in content writing, this role may not be suitable for you. - Experimentation Mindset: - Have an open and creative attitude towards testing new formats and ideas. - Willingness to explore unconventional ad formats logically and strategically. - AI Integration: - Comfortable using AI tools to streamline creative processes and scale production.,
