Role Overview

Revalsys Technologies is seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy AI-Enabled Content Marketer to bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and creative storytelling. You won't just be writing; you will be leveraging AI tools to scale content production, designing high-impact visual collateral, and translating complex software concepts into compelling marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Augmented Content Creation: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to brainstorm, draft, and refine high-quality blog posts, social media content, and marketing copy while maintaining a human touch and brand voice.
• Visual Storytelling: Design professional sales presentations (PowerPoint), product brochures, and flyers using tools like Canva, ensuring all assets are visually appealing and brand-aligned.
• Product Translation: Deep-dive into our software products to translate technical specifications into "benefit-driven" content for end-users.
• Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and executing end-to-end marketing plans, from market research to campaign evaluation.
• Digital Ecosystem Support: Coordinate with the digital marketing team to align content with SEO/SEM strategies and publish engaging social media updates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the creative bridge between tech teams, sales agencies, and internal stakeholders to track and execute marketing tasks.
• Performance Analytics: Analyze campaign data to report on success metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The "Tech-Creative" Hybrid: You have a background in design or copywriting but are equally comfortable navigating software and technical specs.
• AI Power User: You have hands-on experience using AI to improve content speed, quality, and creativity.
• Visual Expert: You have a strong eye for layout and are proficient in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Excellent Communicator: Superior English writing and editing skills are a must.
• Self-Starter: You have strong attention to detail and the ability to take quick action as per guidelines.

Technical Requirements

• Tools: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PPT), Canva, and AI prompt engineering.
• Digital Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and Digital Sales is a significant advantage.
• Education: Degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

Pay: ₹316,253.69 - ₹1,532,341.49 per year
