Creative Lead – Branding & Advertising

Brand & Strategy

• Own and evolve Magicdecor’s brand identity, tone, and visual language
• Translate business goals into strong brand and campaign strategies
• Develop creative routes, big ideas, and content frameworks rooted in insights
• Ensure brand consistency across digital, performance, social, website, and offline creatives

Creative Direction & Campaigns

• Lead end-to-end creative for branding and advertising campaigns.
• Conceptualize high-impact campaigns for launches, seasonal drops, and growth initiatives
• Review and elevate creative output across design, copy, and video

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor designers, copywriters, and external agencies
• Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations
• Identify skill gaps and support team growth through training and mentorship

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, growth, and leadership teams
• Align creative outputs with performance metrics and brand goals
