Overview

Creative Lead – Graphic Design

You should have a sharp design eye, a solid understanding of branding and digital communication, and the ability to turn briefs into impactful visual stories. If you enjoy balancing creativity with leadership and strategy, this role is a great fit.


Your Mission

Lead the creative output of the design team while maintaining hands-on involvement in key projects.

Translate client and internal briefs into compelling, brand-aligned visual communication.

Ensure all design work is consistent, high-quality, and aligned with business objectives.

Elevate the brand’s visual identity through innovation, strong aesthetics, and attention to detail.

Build a collaborative, efficient, and creatively motivated design team.


What You Will Do?

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.

Oversee the creation of digital creatives, campaign visuals, branding assets, and motion graphics.

Interpret briefs and convert them into strong creative concepts and visual directions.

Review, refine, and approve final design outputs before delivery.

Collaborate closely with social media, content, and strategy teams for cohesive visual storytelling.

Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain consistent quality standards.

Introduce new design ideas, trends, tools, and creative approaches to improve output.

Manage timelines, task allocation, and creative execution across multiple projects.


What Are We Looking For?

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital or agency-based graphic design.

At least 1–2 years of experience in a lead or managerial role.

Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, branding, and layout expertise.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Basic understanding of motion graphics tools is an added advantage.

Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving ability.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.

Ability to balance hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities.
