Job Title - Creative Lead
Job Purpose:
The Creative lead will be responsible for driving high-quality, performance-oriented and brand-led visual outputs across multiple platforms. This role owns the end-to-end creative collateral executionfrom ideation and concept development to final deliveryacross performance ads, social media, events, influencer collaborations, and other brand touchpoints.
You will work together with graphic designers and video editors, ensuring timely delivery, consistent quality, and strong creative alignment with business and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has a relentless desire to delight through visualsstatic, motion, real-time, or AI-assistedand thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and execution.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Creative Leadership & Execution:
- Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of all creative collaterals across digital, social, performance, and brand channels.
- Own the visual quality and consistency of brand assets across formats including static, video, motion, and experimental creatives.
- Set creative direction by developing visual strategies, mood boards, references, and design systems.
- Continuously elevate the quality of outputs such as digital banners, social creatives, videos, press materials, brochures, newsletters, and event assets.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Work & mentor with a team of graphic designers and video editors, providing creative guidance, feedback, and clear direction.
- Work closely with the design and video teams to plan workloads, manage timelines, and ensure smooth day-to-day execution.
- Support Video Editors / Motion Designers by creating static elements, design frames, and lightweight motion assets (GIFs, short loops) when required.
Strategy, Data & Performance:
- Leverage research, insights, and performance data to inform creative decisions and future innovations.
- Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to test creative solutions, analyze performance, and iterate based on results.
- Prepare creative reports with actionable insights, learnings, and recommendations for optimization.
Planning, Pitching & Stakeholder Alignment:
- Be responsible for preparing creative pitch decks, concept notes, and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate text-based ideas into compelling visuals.
Operations & Process:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quick turnaround on feedback.
- Use project management tools to organize tasks, track deliverables, and maintain visibility across workflows.
Eligibility & Skill Requirements:
- 23 years of experience in design, production, media, or content-driven roles.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles, photography, videography, and studio setups.
- Working knowledge of design and editing tools (Adobe Suite, motion tools, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with shoot handling (camera/phone), post-production workflows, and content pipelines.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to take ownership, lead by example, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Background in media, communication, advertising, or related fields is a plus.
