Creative Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction across branding, digital, social, print, and campaigns
• Translate business goals and briefs into clear creative concepts
• Guide designers, developers, and other creatives with clarity and purpose
• Review and approve creative work to ensure quality and consistency
• Maintain brand tone, visual language, and storytelling across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with strategy, marketing, and production teams
• Present ideas confidently to management and internal stakeholders
• Manage timelines, priorities, and creative workflows
• Mentor junior team members and support their growth
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and cultural shifts

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in design, creative direction, or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns, and digital work
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and visual systems
• Experience leading and reviewing creative teams
• Ability to think conceptually and execute practically
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good understanding of business, deadlines, and management expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agency or product environments
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (design, dev, CGI, content)
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
