We are looking for a visionary AI Lead with a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence to automate and optimize underwriting processes. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI/ML techniques, experience with multi-modal data, and a strong background in developing scalable AI solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to automate underwriting processes. Explore and integrate new data sources to enhance the multi-modal underwriting information graph. Define, develop, and refine underwriting rules using advanced machine learning and AI techniques. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to build and deploy scalable AI models. Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of the AI-driven underwriting system. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply best practices to improve the system continually. Mentor and guide junior AI team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Skills and Qualifications: Master s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on applying these technologies to real-world problems. Proven track record in developing and deploying AI solutions in the insurance or financial services industry. Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and programming languages (Python, R, etc.). Experience with multi-modal data integration and analysis. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about how to achieve business objectives through AI. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with underwriting processes and insurance domain knowledge or related fields. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance industry. Publications or patents in the field of AI/ML.
