Job Description: Social Media Strategist Core Mission: We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Jr. Social Media Strategist to create, execute, and optimize social media strategies that drive engagement, enhance visibility, and deliver measurable results. This role involves working closely with clients and internal teams to craft campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with audiences across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: Create and implement social media strategies with defined KPIs. Develop monthly content calendars and occasion-specific campaigns. Analyze platform performance, optimize strategies, and recommend improvements. Collaborate with performance marketing teams to enhance campaign outcomes. Create and present monthly performance reports with insights on engagement and ROI. Stay updated on trends and integrate them into strategies and content. Oversee creation of high-quality platform-specific content. Lead audience segmentation and engagement strategies to grow key cohorts. Qualifications & Requirements: Up to 2 year of experience in a digital agency, preferably in social media marketing. Proven expertise in managing major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter). Strong data analysis skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
