About The Opportunity

A fast-scaling company operating in the digital health / healthcare marketing and D2C wellness sector, focused on building strong brand experiences across performance channels, social platforms, and content ecosystems. We are hiring in Bangalore (Full-time) for a hands-on Creative Lead to own brand storytelling, visual identity, and the end-to-end creative pipeline for high-impact campaigns.Role & Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the brand’s visual identity across digital, social, performance marketing, video, and offline touchpoints to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Lead creative strategy and concepting: translate business goals into compelling campaign ideas and production-ready creative briefs.
  • Manage, mentor and grow a multidisciplinary creative team of designers and video editors; set standards for quality, delivery and review.
  • Execute and supervise production of motion graphics, short-form video (reels, shorts), static ads, email creatives and landing visuals—ensuring on-brand assets delivered on time and on brief.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product and content teams to A/B test and iterate creatives for improved CTR, CVR and engagement; use performance data to optimize assets.
  • Define scalable creative workflows and asset libraries, introduce tooling (templates, components) and maintain brand guidelines to accelerate high-quality output.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 6+ years experience in design, branding, content marketing or agency environments with 2+ years leading a creative team.
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end campaigns, brand systems, and short-form video work.
  • Hands-on with video & motion tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut) and design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Canva).
  • Proven ability to optimize performance creatives using data (A/B testing, audience learnings) and work with performance marketing teams.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, D2C, or marketing agencies and familiarity with regulatory/claims-sensitive creative.
  • Knowledge of emerging creative formats, AI-assisted design tools and rapid content production for social platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management, storytelling skills and excellent written/verbal communication.
