As a Creative Lead, you will be tasked with blending sharp strategic thinking with strong content direction to lead high-impact, public-facing campaigns. Your role will involve crafting narratives, driving creative vision, and leading teams to deliver content-first solutions across digital platforms. The ability to turn insights into scroll-stopping ideas and lead end-to-end creative execution will be essential for success in this position. Your key responsibilities will include leading the creative vision and content strategy for large-scale, public-facing campaigns. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as designers, editors, and writers to bring campaigns to life. Developing messaging frameworks and storytelling formats tailored to each platform, guiding creative execution across various content types, and translating briefs into actionable ideas for diverse audiences will be part of your daily tasks. Additionally, staying ahead of trends, cultural moments, and digital behaviors to keep campaigns relevant, while ensuring consistency in tone, quality, and messaging in both Hindi and English, will be crucial. To excel in this role, you should have 3-4 years of experience in creative leadership or campaign-centric content roles. A strong command over both Hindi and English (written and spoken) is required, along with proven experience in leading content direction for digital-first campaigns. A deep understanding of major social media platforms and content formats, strong team management skills, and the ability to guide creatives toward a unified vision will be key to your success. You should also be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight timelines. If you have experience in cause-based, advocacy, youth-driven, or mass outreach campaigns, or have worked with creators, influencers, or led viral social content, it would be considered a bonus.,
