Creative Lead

In this role at Sotrue as a Creative Lead-Design, you will be responsible for bringing beauty, clarity, and consistency to the brand's visual identity across various touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include owning and evolving Sotrue's visual identity, overseeing packaging design for new product launches, leading social media shoots and content direction, managing a team of designers, editors, and visualizers, collaborating with different teams, and staying updated with design and content trends. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve Sotrue's visual identity across all mediums and channels. - Oversee packaging design and development for new product launches. - Lead social media shoots, photography, and video content direction to ensure brand consistency. - Manage and mentor a team of designers, editors, and 3D visualizers. - Collaborate closely with growth, marketing, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life. - Ensure all visual outputs maintain high aesthetic standards and align with the brand tone. - Stay updated with design, beauty, and content trends to keep Sotrue's creative edge sharp. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in branding, packaging design, or creative direction. - Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and leadership mindset. - Proven ability to manage creative teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage. - Proficiency in key design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Highly organized, deadline-driven, and passionate about great design.
