Role Overview

full-time Creative Lead

As the creative head for the brand, you’ll lead a talented design team and shape how Sotrue shows up visually in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve

  Sotrue’s visual identity

  across all mediums and channels.
• Oversee

  packaging design and development

  for new product launches.
• Lead

  social media shoots, photography, and video content direction

  to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage and mentor a

  team of designers, editors, and 3D visualizers

  .
• Collaborate closely with

  growth, marketing, and product teams

  to bring creative ideas to life.
• Ensure all visual outputs maintain

  high aesthetic standards

  and align with the brand tone.
• Stay updated with

  design, beauty, and content trends

  to keep Sotrue’s creative edge sharp.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in

  branding, packaging design, or creative direction

  .
• Strong

  aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and leadership mindset

  .
• Proven ability to manage creative teams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in

  beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands

  is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in key design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and passionate about great design.
