Creative Lead

Job Summary:

The Creative Lead is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing creative ideas that enhance the brand’s identity and storytelling. This role involves leading the design and content team, ensuring high-quality visuals, videos, and campaigns that align with the company’s marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative team in developing engaging visual content for print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Oversee photo and video shoots, including scripting, directing, and editing guidance.
• Manage brand identity, ensuring design standards and tone of voice are maintained.
• Develop innovative ideas for storytelling, events, and digital engagement.
• Supervise designers, videographers, and content creators, providing feedback and creative direction.
• Stay updated with design, media, and marketing trends to bring fresh perspectives to campaigns.
• Plan and manage timelines for multiple creative projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers for design or production requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in creative direction, advertising, or brand design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Excellent visual, conceptual, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in photography, videography, or social media content creation is an added advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:
